The staff folk are all exemplary, caring professionals from the person who greets you on arrival through each individual involved in the hands-on care during the appointment. The billing manager couldn't be more helpful, insurance-savvy and pleasant in her explanation of cost to patient. Dr. Gwak (Dr. "G" as he is affectionately referred to) is the epitome in accomplished, expedient, PAINLESS dentistry. This was my first visit here. Everything about the visit was positive and I will definitely return! The front office staff are friendly and professional. The hygienist was concerned about my comfort, constantly communicating with me as she worked, and was a very warm, cheerful professional as well.
